The camp is only accessible by boat. To reach Avalon on Catalina Island, please book your ferry crossing with one of the following companies: Catalina Express or Catalina Flyer, from Long Beach, San Pedro or Dana Point.
Once on the island, to reach the campsite, we work with Captain Scott, who offers water cab and jet ski rental services. You can contact him exclusively by phone at +1 310 405 2193. Rates are $50 per Adult and $40 for Children (round trip).
Food shopping
When you arrive at Avalon, we recommend you do your grocery shopping, as there are no stores close to the camp. You’ll only find a convenience store. Please note that we do not sell alcohol or fruit and vegetables.
